WASHBURN COUNTY — Road construction is set to begin Monday, May 12, 2025, on County Trunk Highway K (CTH K) between Division Street and Sunset Lane, according to Washburn County Highway Commissioner Brian Danielsen.
The project is scheduled to run through June 2, with flagging operations taking place Monday through Thursday from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Motorists should be aware of two full closures planned between CTH A and Sunset Lane on Tuesday, May 13, and Wednesday, May 14. These closures will begin at 8 a.m. and are expected to be completed by 3 p.m. each day. No detour route will be posted during the closures, so drivers are urged to plan ahead.
