The family of William “Jack” Weber is saddened to announce he passed away peacefully on July 27th, 2024, surrounded by the deep and forever love of his family by his side.

Jack was born December 23rd, 1942, to William and Juanita (White) Weber. He grew up in Bemidji, MN where he also attended school. In his earlier employment years, his first job was working with his best friend Matty Schummer for a Sanitation Company. During that time, he was united in a brief marriage, and to this union, Richie Alan Weber was born.

Jack certainly stands up to the name “Jack of all trades”. He also mastered jobs as a brick block cement finisher, logger, construction, and over-the-road truck driver in states such as Alaska. Building and constructing anything with wood. In his core soul, his most important and greatest job of all was being a protector and watching and doting over his grandchildren. In 1990, he took on a full-time job as a rancher/manager on his brother’s farm in Milltown, WI for 17 years. During that time, he met Tammy, and later united in marriage in 1998.

Jack filled every gap with unconditional love in this relationship. As Tammy repeatedly said, “he is my knight in shining armor” Jack inherited 3 daughters and 8 more grandchildren. Three of them left this earth too soon leaving a huge part of Papa Jack’s heart broken. The other part was filled with unconditional continuous love. Jack made friends easily whatever state he was in. But, when he was asked about living in Wisconsin his response was, he may have moved here and became a “cheese head” but they will never make a Packer fan out of me! He was well known for his hard work, dedication to all his jobs, his love for his family, all children, and all children’s love for him, and most of all his honesty and selfless acts. Always extending a hand and generously helping others.

His family members left to miss him, and whose lives he filled with love and laughter, wife, Tammy; daughters, Kati Milberg, Kari (Ryan) Folstad & Kassi Milberg, Richie Weber & family, many grandchildren, Trinity Folstad, Easton Baxter, Lilly and Libby Amos, Adella and Anders Gutzmer, his siblings: Lucille (Eddie) Knudson, Tony (Joanne) Weber, Rita (Paul) Multrud and many cousins, nieces, nephews, and an abundance of friends.

He is reunited with his 3 Angels, Lydia, Laynie, and Clara. He is also preceded in death by his parents, William and Juanita (Schlee) Weber; sister Connie Schlee; brother-in-law, Ronny Schlee; brother, Ricky Schlee; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, niece, and special friends.

There will be a visitation on Saturday, August 17, 2024, at Joy Lutheran Church in Centuria, WI from 12:00 P.M. - 1:00 P.M. with a Celebration of Life service beginning at 1:00 P.M. Jack will be laid to rest following the service at the Milltown Cemetery in Milltown, WI.

The Kolstad Family Funeral Home of Centuria has been entrusted with arrangements.
