Roger Dale Nagel, age 86, of Cushing, Wisconsin passed away on Tuesday, October 4, 2022 at his home.

Roger was born on April 25, 1936 to William and Henrietta (Kin) Nagel.

At the age of 12 he resided with the Stanley and Ester Larson family of Cushing, Wisconsin. To this day he felt this was his loving family.

Roger attended the Lanesdale Grade School and St. Croix Fall High School. Upon graduation, he spent 3 years in the Army stationed in Alaska and Fort Lewis Washington.

Roger loved the outdoors. He loved hunting, fishing, and excavating. He worked many years for various contractors and then bought some equipment of his own and worked locally.

Roger is survived by his wife Donnis of 63 years; son, Thomas and daughter-in-law Tammy; brother, Bob; and sisters, Lois and Janice.

A memorial service will be held at First Lutheran Church in Cushing on Saturday, October 22, 2022 at 11:00 AM with visitation one hour prior to service. Burial will take place at the Cushing Cemetery.
