Rhonda Leigh Riegle, age 58, of Whitehall, WI, passed away Sunday, August 27, 2023.

Rhonda was born December 26, 1964, in Madison, the daughter of Winona Baker.

Rhonda was blessed with the love of two families, being raised with the Margaret Anderson family of Stanberry, WI. She enjoyed spending time with her friends, playing pool league, recreational pool and was a true Green Bay Packers fan. Rhonda was very proud of being a Native American Indian and a member of the Lac Courte Oreilles Tribe. She enjoyed talking about her family and loved her household plants. Rhonda adopted Baby Girl, her brother Doug’s kitten, when he passed away. Playing with Baby Girl made her feel closer to Doug.

She is survived by her significant other Bob Matchey; brother Eugene Baker; sister Lisa Langdon; aunt Marie Kuykendall; uncle Joe (Gloria) O’Shogay; nieces, nephews & cousins.

Rhonda was preceded in death by her mother Winona; husband Larry Riegle; brother Douglas Baker; uncles William Baker Jr. & Raymond O’Shogay; aunts, uncles, nephews & nieces.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, August 31, 2023, at St. Ignatius Catholic Church in New Post. Father David Neuschwander will officiate with music provided by Sister Felissa Zander. Burial will be in New Post Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 30th at New Post Community Center.

Casket bearers will be Eugene Baker, Zachariah Groat, Tim Langdon & Bob Sharlow.
