In Memory of Mollie M. Mikula


July 20, 1941 - January 16, 2024

Mollie M. Mikula, age 82, of Hayward, WI passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 16, 2024, at Hayward Health Services.

Mollie Margaret, the daughter of Frederick Nicholas Mikuka and Hazel Leona Mikula, was born July 20, 1941, in Hayward, WI.

Mollie participated in various jobs in the community through supported employment, and was employed within various sheltered workshop agencies over many years, until her retirement from Ventures Unlimited in 2017.

She enjoyed drawing, painting, doing jigsaw puzzles, listening to music, singing, shopping, going on trips, attending meals at the senior center, and visiting with her friends at the Benson Adult Family Home on weekends. Mollie participated in many volunteer events over the years and enjoyed spending time with her dog and cats. She loved pizza and Elvis Presley, and had an amazing sense of humor.

She is survived by her sister Carol Mikula-Stone, her brother-in-law Orville Stone Sr., her niece Lorraine Stone, her sisters-in-law Louise Davis and Nancy Davis, her caregivers Aaron Campbell (aka Gary) and his wife Carol Martin, and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her nephew Pastor Orville Stone, Jr., and siblings Delores Davis-Gundry, Gladys Davis-Melby, Elaine Davis-Bray, Sylvia Davis-Johnson, Bonny Lyons, Harold E. Davis, Donald L. Davis, and Richard A. Davis.

A graveside service and interment will be held in the spring at the Evergreen Cemetery in Stone Lake, WI.
