Mary R. Hahn (Steen), 94, of Milltown, Wisconsin, passed away at her home on Tuesday, August 29, 2023, with her loving children at her side.

Mary Prentice was born on July 13, 1929, in Amery, Wisconsin the daughter of William and Ruth (Leland) Prentice.

Mary leaves to celebrate her memory, her children, Emily (Dale) Wittenberg, Palatine, IL; Ronald (Kelly) Steen, Luck, WI; and Lori (Ross) Stevens, Luck, WI; grandchildren: Kristin (Dan) Nauman, Joshua (Lauren) Wittenberg, Diana Wittenberg, Megan (Kyle) Gilip, Amanda Hansen, Roger Steen, Avery Steen and Parker Steen, greatgrandchildren, Katlyn, Libby, Brody, Kinley, Lane, Jorell, Keirreon and Kashton, her sister, Kathy Prentice, nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.

She was preceded in death by, her parents, William and Ruth, twin brother, Lee Prentice, brother, Jerry Prentice, 1st husband, Roger Steen, 2nd husband, John Dann, 3rd husband, Martin Hahn and her son-in-law, Rick Hansen.

The Celebration of Life for Mary will be held on Saturday, September 16, 2023, at Joy Lutheran Church in Centuria at 4:00 P.M. Mary’s family will greet visitors from 2:00 PM until the time of service at 4:00 P.M.  Please join the family for dinner in the church fellowship hall following the service.

Mary will be laid to rest at St. Peter’s Cemetery in Luck, Wisconsin at a later date.

Memorials are preferred to Joy Lutheran Church, St. Croix Hospice or Polk County Meals on Wheels.

The Kolstad Family Funeral Home of Centuria has been entrusted with arrangements.
