Marcella Emily Cimfl, age 80, of Rice Lake, WI passed away at her home on May 15th, 2024. She was born October 28th, 1943 to Frank and Pearl (Rhodes) Erickson in Prairie Farm Township, Barron County, Wisconsin.

She graduated from Cameron High School class of ‘62 and from WITC with an Associate Degree in Marketing in 2006. She married Donald Cimfl from Cameron in 1964 and divorced in 1980. They had two sons James (Debra) Cimfl and Donald Cimfl. Marcella was a social person who loved being around others and smiling and laughing. She loved to host parties like, Family Friends and Fools on April Fool’s Day, Annual River Tubing Trips, and looked forward to giving the best hugs and always said I Love you. In her later years you could find her playing cards and games any chance she got. Marcella was a member of the Indianhead Stock Car racing association, held a CDL for driving Semi, was a member of the Red Hats society and SCAT group. She loved travelling and visited 49 of the 50 states. She was a proud mother and Den Leader for the Cub scouts. She worked for Wright products for 25 years and held other various jobs.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother: Steven & sister-in-law: Anna Erickson. She is survived by her 2 sons, 8 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, sisters: Shirley (Tracy) Etcheson & Pam (Bruce) Winningham, brothers: David (Karen) Erickson & Clifford Erickson, as well as many cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 25th at Faith Lutheran Church in Cameron with Jane Snowden officiating. Visitation will be held for the hour prior to services at the church. Interment will be held at a later date at Wayside Cemetery in Barron. Arrangements are with Rausch-Lundeen Funeral Homes, Cameron & Dallas.
