In Memory of Lowell Duncan
Lowell Duncan “Pops” was born December 17 in Minneapolis, MN to Dean and Ruth (Cary) Duncan.
He left this earth on January 16, 2022, in WI with family by his side.
Lowell worked at Hazelden Foundation for 30+ years as a chemical dependency counselor and then went on to work as an interventionist, across the US. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, son, uncle, and friend.
He is survived by his soulmate, Colleen Duncan (wife) and four children, Luke, Jessie, Buck (Kat) and Cyrene; his sister, Joran; five grandchildren, Damonte, Jooniper, Skarlette, Samara, Afonya; mother-in-law, Lucky; and nieces/nephews/cousins.
Lowell was preceded in death by his parents, Dean and Ruth and sister, Grace.
He will be remembered for his love of family and friends, devotion to the fellowship of AA, and charismatic spirit.
A celebration of life will be held at 10 am and service at 11 am on Friday, January 28, 2022, at West Denmark Church, Luck, WI. Interment will be at Sunset Cemetery, Minneapolis, MN on Saturday, January 29, 2022 at 2 pm.
