Linda Lou Martinsen, 74, of Milltown, WI passed away at home with family by her side on Monday, August 19, 2024, of complications from COPD. Linda was born March 20, 1950, in Milltown, WI to Louie and Nellie Martinsen. She was the youngest of 7 children. She graduated from Unity High School in May 1968.

Linda worked at Polaris, Inc. in Osceola for 14 years until she retired. She then worked part-time at Shafer’s Bar & Café in Milltown, WI from 2011-2014.

She is survived by her daughter Anissa Peterson and her husband Lowell; her companion of 25 years Wes Flatland; her lifelong friend LuAnn White; granddaughter Mariah Ward and her husband Jonathon; 4 great-grandchildren Kyler, Levi, Ryleigh, and Harper; brother-in-law Herbert Fagnan; sister-in-law Marilyn Martinsen; many nieces, nephews, and friends.

She’s preceded in death by her parents; brothers Robert and James; sisters Donna Mae Hutton, Mary Ellen Fagnan, Norma Lundgren, and Carolyn Nelson.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, September 22, 2024, at Wise Guys in Milltown, WI from 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM.
