In Memory of Kenneth L. Coen


October 28, 1941 - November 15, 2023

Kenneth L. Coen, a soul full of warmth and compassion, passed away on November 15, 2023 at the age of 82 in Rick Lake, Wisconsin. Jesus came and took his hand and took him to meet his Heavenly Father.

Kenny was born on October 28, 1941 to Mark and Rosell Coen in Luck, Wisconsin. Kenny was a 1960 graduate of Frederic High School. Kenny was selfless about helping anyone in need.

Among his many passions, Kenny loved his wife- his partner in adventures and life, his family, deer hunting- both bow and rifle, fishing, Harley Davidson motorcycles, taking and sharing pictures of the multitude and varied wildlife around their Frederic Home, projects, carpentry, tattoos- telling his life's stories on his body, and apple crisp.

Leaving to celebrate his memory, Kenny is survived by his loving wife Sandy, Children Jamie Worrell and her husband David, Jenna Clemenson, Joel Coen and his wife Cindy, Josie Coen, Kimberly Boyer and her husband Dale, Joy Semborski and Justin Clonkey, Tonya Carlstrom and her husband Justin, Joey Jensen and his wife Andrea, Grandchildren David Slack, Jared Coen, Hope Worrell, Bryson Clemenson and his wife Morgan, Tessa Ellefson and her husband Devyn, Nicole Coen and Paul Tricola, Zoey Bemis, Ridley Bemis, Kenny Sanford and his wife Tabitha, Matthew Sanford and his wife Samantha, Rachel Sanford, Acasia Clonkey, Hunter Carlstrom, Piper Carlstrom, Adalyn Jensen, Kora Jensen Carly Jensen. Great Grandchildren Cleo Wren Clemenson, Bethany Tricola, Eleanor Tricola, Rosalyn Tricola, Tanner Sanford, Kaylee Sanford, Oliver Sanford and Charlotte Sanford. Siblings Sandi Brenizer Kathy Coen Bruce Coen Dale Coen and numerous nieces and nephews and friends.

Preceded in death by his father mark Coen, mother Rosell Coen, brother Derald Coen, Myron Coen, nephew Michael Coen, Dylan Coen, brother -in-law Earl Brenizer sister in law Jean Coen.

Kenny will be laid to rest at the Union cemetery in Luck, Wisconsin,

A Celebration of Life will take place next summer.
