Keith Eugene Millermon, age 77, of Amery, Wisconsin passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, December 17, 2023.

He was born on December 28, 1945 to Burton and Lorene (Edler) Millermon in Amery. Keith grew up and attended school in Amery. After graduating high school, Keith attended tech school in Eau Claire where he received an Associate’s Degree. He then went on to spend his career working at Anderson Windows.

On December 2, 1972, Keith and Linda Thorsen were united in marriage, and to this marriage had two children, Jessica and Ryan. The family made their home in Amery before Keith and Linda later divorced. Keith then moved out of town where he lived until his passing.

Keith had many hobbies, and he enjoyed being outdoors. He loved hunting and fishing, and even made some of his own fishing rods and tied his own flies. Keith was also known to be a good cook and would make salsa and can his own vegetables that he grew in his garden. Using his carpentry skills, Keith made walking sticks, which he would give away to others. He was also known to spend a lot of time driving his UTV. Keith enjoyed his many hobbies until becoming disabled with FXTAS. Despite his illness making it difficult for him to enjoy what he loved to do, Keith always kept his unrelenting sense of humor. Although his constant butt-dialing was annoying, his family will miss his many phone calls.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Burton and Lorene Millermon. Keith is survived by his daughter, Jessica (Steve) Kopesky; son, Ryan Millermon; siblings, Darlene Johnson, Richard (Jill) Millermon, Karen Anderson, and Mary (Kent) Munson; and the apple of his eye, his granddaughter, Addalyn Kopesky.

A visitation will be held two hours prior to the service on Thursday, December 21, 2023 from 12:00 to 2:00 pm at the Williamson-White Funeral Home in Amery, Wisconsin. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, December 21, 2023 at the funeral home. Interment will follow at the Amery Cemetery.
