Joanne Reva Jacobson, 76, of Cumberland died July 12, 2024.

She was born January 5, 1948. Joanne graduated from Withee High School before attending the University of Eau Claire for 3 years. It was in Eau Claire that she met and would later marry John Jacobson on August 12, 1970.

She worked as a nurse, staffing coordinator, along with a number of other jobs at the Cumberland Hospital for 30 years. Joanne would later earn a Sociology Degree from U.W. Superior and would go on to work in Human Resources until her retirement. Joanne enjoyed reading and helping those that were close to her.

She is survived by her husband, John; sons: Brad Jacobson, and Brian (Jen) Jacobson; daughter, Jennifer Jacobson; brother, Don Little; nieces, nephews, and other family and friends. A private service will be held with burial at a later date.

Skinner Funeral Home of Cumberland is serving the family.
