Born in Luck, WI. Married Lucille (Lucy) Siekmeier of Crystal Lake, Iowa September, 1963.

A lifelong farmer. Also: US Army (WWII Vet), Unity school board member and president for many years, Luck Mutual Ins and Funks seed corn Rep, Milltown township treasurer, and Am Legion member for 70 years.

He is preceded in death by parents, Niels and Agnes; siblings, Gerda, Erling and Alva; son, Kim.

He is survived by wife, Lucy; children, Kara, Mary and Steven (Joie); and grandchildren, Tanner, Olivia, George and Ruby.

Gunnar, 95, passed in the afternoon on May 19, 2022 of natural causes. He will be sadly missed and will always hold a place in our hearts.
