Gloria Ann Bottolfson, 95, of Star Prairie, WI died on Tuesday, December 26, 2023 at Golden Age Manor in Amery, WI.

Gloria was born in Stillwater, MN to Carl and Margaret (Gartman) Johnson on September 6, 1928. She went to school at Johanasburg. She married Howard Bottolfson on November 12, 1946. They shared 65 years before his death in November of 2011. She spent the majority of her life as a homemaker and as a farmer’s wife. She worked a short time at a fabritec in Amery and also did census.

Gloria is survived by her children, Don (Diane Anderson), Becky Larson and Brian (SuAnn); sister, Mary Thompson; 11 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard; parents, Carl and Margaret Johnson; son, Wayne Bottolfson; daughter in laws, Linda, Barb and Dawn Bottolfson; grandsons, Chad and Jeremy Bottolfson; seven sisters, and one brother.

The family of Gloria wishes to extend our sincere thanks to Golden Age and staff for their care along with Pastor Lori and the ladies at West Immanuel Lutheran Church.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, December 30, 2023 at West Immanuel Lutheran Church (447 180th St, Osceola, WI) with Pastor Lori Peper officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will follow at West Immanuel Lutheran Church Cemetery, Osceola, WI. Gloria’s grandchildren will be her pallbearers.
