Dorothy A. Schultz, age 85, formerly of Barron, passed away on Sunday, February 16, 2025 at Comforts of Home Assisted Living in Hudson.

Dorothy was born September 20, 1939 to Lloyd and Esther (Novak) Schultz in Appleton. She worked at the Day Development Center in Barron and also, cleaning the wayside rest by Chetek.

Dorothy enjoyed walking around Barron, going to the store, restaurant and visiting people in the community along the way.

She is survived by her cousin, Norman (Eunice) Lemke.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Harold, Lloyd and Marvin and sisters, Alice and Delores.

A funeral service for Dorothy will be held on Friday, February 21, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at Rausch and Steel Funeral Home in Barron. Visitation will be from 10:30 until the time of service at the funeral home. Burial will be at Wayside Cemetery in Barron.
