Dorothy Ann "Dot" Gago, 69, of Turtle Lake passed peacefully at home on February 10, 2025. She was born September 26, 1955, in St. Paul, MN to John and Sonia (Zarr) Loberg. She was married in June 2000, to Larry Gago, and they shared 25 wonderful years together.

Dot worked as a bar tender before starting at the Turtle Lake Casino in the kitchen. It was there that she made many friends. Dot was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and dear friend.

She is survived by her husband: Larry Gago of Turtle Lake; daughters, Beau Hodge of Maplewood, MN and Sonia Trinka of Turtle Lake; son, Shilo Loberg of Rice Lake; step-sons, Josh, Matt and Nick Gago and stepdaughter, Amanda; sisters: Judy (Dave) Councilman, Dorothy (Larry) Gago, Susie Nelson; brothers, Carl (Patty) and David Loberg; and other family and many dear friends. Dot was preceded in death by her daughter, Samantha "Sam" Hodge; parents, John and Sonia Loberg; sister, Carol Clark; and brother, Doug "Butch" Loberg.

Memorial services will be held at 3 PM Saturday, March 8, 2025, at Skinner Funeral Home in Turtle Lake. Visitation will be from Noon - 3 PM.
