David Allen Chadwick, 76, of Rice Lake, WI passed away Friday, July 15th, 2022 at Heritage Lakeside from complications due to cancer.

David was born to parents Luelling and Betty (Brewer) Chadwick in Sulphur Oklahoma on June 9th, 1946.

He grew up as the eldest son of six children and attended Jefferson High School in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. He had lived in numerous places over his life including Oklahoma, California, Iowa, Minnesota, and he had been residing in Rice Lake Wisconsin since 2017. Additionally, David had been married three times.

He is survived by a daughter, Holly Joy Lundgren (Matthew) of Burnsville, MN; two sisters, Karen Rusch (Dale) of Rice Lake, WI, and Roberta Walker-Grisius (Dan) of Pickerel, WI; many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

No viewing is planned at this time.

David is to be cremated and a memorial service will be planned for the coming weeks.

The family is grateful for the condolences and shared memories, but declines flowers and donations.

Appleyard’s Home for Funerals in Rice Lake is serving the family with the arrangements.
