Corey James Yeske, age 46, of Turtle Lake WI, passed away October 15, 2021, at Regions Hospital in St. Paul MN.

Corey was born June 14, 1975, to Steven and Norma (LaFrenz) Yeske.

On September 19, 2003, Corey married Jeanne (Olson) Nelson. For the last sixteen years Corey has enjoyed sharing his life with his fiancé, Shannon (Loomis) Campbell.

Corey worked many jobs in his years but really enjoyed welding and being a mechanic. He was most recently employed as an auto mechanic at Mikes Auto Body in Glenwood City, WI.

He was an avid outdoorsman; riding four-wheeler, snowmobiling, hunting, fishing, and enjoyed collecting RC cars and boats. He loved spending time with family and friends, camping and having BBQs. He cherished time spent with his fiancé Shannon taking the Jeep to Trollhaugen and most recently riding motorcycle. Most of all, Corey loved spending time with his kids and granddaughter.

Corey is preceded in death by his father, Steven Yeske; stepfather, Gary LaFrenz. He is survived by his mother, Norma Lafrenz; brothers: Steven (Patty) Yeske, William “Bill” Yeske, and Scott (Brenda) Peterson; sisters: Mary Jo (Chris J.) Yeske, Kelly Yeske, and Vanessa LaFrenz; his children: Haley (Grant) Olson, Josh Campbell, Kelsey Olson, Mara Campbell, Seth Campbell, Casey Yeske, and Breanna Campbell; granddaughter, Fallon Olson; his fiancé Shannon (Loomis) Campbell; his side kick, Domynec Summers; along with many nieces, nephews and close family and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held from 3-7 PM Saturday, October 23, 2021, at Skinner Funeral Home in Turtle Lake.
