Clark spent his early years in Minnesota, but the majority was in the Luck/Frederic area.

He graduated from Frederic High in 1981. Shortly after graduation he went into truck driving which he did for many years. Clark was a great son, father, brother, husband and friend, but his favorite title was Grandpa.

He was always there to help and a great source for advice.

Clark is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Will Welbrock.

He will be greatly missed, but his memory will be carried on by his wife, Leanne; son, Aaron; brother, Calvin (Kathy); granddaughter, Brooklyn; and close friend, Gene.
