Cheryl Jean Hansen, 42, of passed unexpectedly Tuesday, September 7, 2022, at Indianhead Medical Center.

She was born October 27, 1979, in Edina, MN to Dale and Kathleen (Bykowski) Hansen.

Cheryl was a hair stylist that graduated from Scot Lewis School of Cosmetology. She enjoyed spending time camping with friends, swimming, relaxing on the water and float with friends, and shopping. She could almost always be found with a dog in her lap when she was not dancing.

She is survived by her parents, Dale and Kathy Hansen of Shell Lake; brothers: Chris (Miranda) Hansen of Apple Valley, MN, and Cory Hansen of Hudson; nieces: Tessa Indykiewicz and Joslyn Hansen; nephews: Brandon Hansen, Jacob Hansen, and Noah Hansen; uncles: Michael (Beverly) Thomas, Keith (Theresa) Hansen, Brian Hansen, and Van Peterson; and fur babies: Sebastian, Boo, Sven, and Olie.

Cheryl was preceded in death by her aunts: Wendy Peterson, and Peggy Hansen.

Funeral services will be held at 2:30 PM Sunday, September 11, 2022, at Skinner Funeral Home in Shell Lake. Visitation will be from 1 - 2:30 PM.
