Brandon D. Peer, age 38, a resident of Webster passed away on Wednesday, December 6, 2023. Brandon was born on December 18, 1984 in St. Croix Falls to parents, David and Vickie Peer. He was a beloved son, brother, uncle and all around great friend.

Brandon will be remembered for his hard work ethic, sense of humor, love of PBR and his die-hard devotion, dressed head to toe representing the Raider nation. He genuinely lived life to the fullest the way he wanted to until the very end. For those who knew him and got through his tough sunglass wearing exterior know that he would do anything for you and always had your back no matter what. He was truly one of a kind and that may be a good thing because the world could only handle one Cooter. He left his mark in so many lives and will never be forgotten.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Gene and Marjorie Bystrom and his uncle, Gary Bystrom and nephew, Jaxon Larrabee.

Left to cherish his memory are his father, Dave Peer, his mother, Vickie (Brad) Swanson; his sister, Liz Peer; his step brothers, Shane (Jerrica) and Christopher Swanson; his nieces, Elliana, Aubriella, and Trinnity Larrabee; nephew, Hollis Swanson; his grandparents, Stan and Betty Peer and many aunts and uncles, cousins, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family is accepting donations for the purchase of defibrillators and CPR training for the local tavern league which he was adamantly advocating for the area.

Brandon would want you to attend in the appropriate attire for the memorial service which will be held on Monday, December 11, 2023 at 3:00 PM (visitation 1-3 PM) at Swedberg-Taylor Funeral Home, Webster. A luncheon will follow at the Sand Bar on County Road A, Webster.

The family will also be hosting a Celebration of Brandon’s life and 39th birthday at the Great Escape in Menomonie on Sunday, December 17th with a small lunch starting at 1:00 PM.
