In Memory of Bonnie L. Nutter

December 18, 1950 - October 6, 2024

Bonnie Lee Nutter was called home Sunday, October 6th, 2024, after her long courageous battle with pancreatic cancer at her home in Cushing, WI. Bonnie was born December 18th, 1950, one of 6 children to Bob and Jean Bryson. She was raised in the small town of Saco, Montana where the house was filled with love, laughter, and music.

After graduation, Bonnie ventured from Montana to Minneapolis, Minnesota with friends where she lived and worked at Walman Optical. She and her friends would go to Wisconsin for fun on the weekends where she met Ron Seman. Ron and Bonnie married and made a home in Wisconsin. They were blessed with Missy their only child together. After losing Ron Bonnie met Jerry Nutter who became her loving husband of nearly 40 years. They kept a beautiful home in Cushing. She worked as an in-home care provider, cleaned houses, and was a CNA at the Osceola Nursing Home & Parmley Care Center. She loved taking care of others. Bonnie's heart was big, giving, patient, and kind to all she met. She loved working in her many beautiful flower beds, reading a new book as fast as she could, crafting, and baking. She was famous for her carrot cake muffins. In her early years, she enjoyed bowling in a league. She had many, many friends she would enjoy lunches with, daily phone chats, card parties, dominoes, and especially loved bingo. She was able to enjoy several special trips with her family and friends. She loved vacations with the ocean waves as well as the dusty dirt roads of Montana. Bonnie was an inspiration to so many. She never let a thing slow her down and always felt she was blessed beyond measure. Her daughter Missy, son-in-law Norm, and two grandkids Taylor & Carter made her world go round. They had a path next door to her house they would travel daily. Grandma's house always had a better snack than home, a listing ear, and a game to play. she loved being a bonus grandma and mother to many! Bonnie is eternally grateful to her loving sisters and dearest friends who stood alongside her in the most difficult of days. The ever-so-loving community in which she lived, Osceola Medical Center, and all the staff there that always looked after her with the best care. Bonnie's faith and love of life was so strong. She always said faith, family, and friends. Those who knew and loved her were the blessed ones. Let her life and the way she lived be an inspiration.

Celebration of Life for Bonnie will be held on Sunday, October 13, 2024, at 2:00 P.M. with a visitation from 1:00 P.M. until the service at First Lutheran Church in Cushing. Please join the family for lunch and continued celebration following the service. She will be laid to rest at Pleasant Valley Cemetery.
