Barbara Jean “Barb” Sandve, 87, of Cumberland died on Tuesday, September 26, 2023, at Care and Rehab-Cumberland.

She was born June 20, 1936, in Barron, WI to Lawrence and Inga (Paulson) Erickson. Barb grew up on a dairy farm in Barron.

Barb enjoyed bowling, golfing, fishing, playing cards, and gardening in her younger years. She loved living the past many years on Duck Lake in Cumberland. Her grandchildren were always a joy to have over. Barb would bake cookies for them to decorate, along with homemade bread and caramel rolls.

She is survived by her sons: Steve (Anne), and Eric; grandchildren: Nicolai, Brooklyn, and Madison; and other family and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 11 AM on Monday, Oct. 2, 2023, at Skinner Funeral Home-Cumberland with Rev. Shane Anderson officiating. Burial will be in Wayside Cemetery, Barron, Monday evening. Visitation will be from one hour prior to the service; following the service there will be a family and friends lunch.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be given to Meals on Wheels of Barron County.
