BURNETT COUNTY (DrydenWire) - A March 2024 multi-vehicle traffic stop in Burnett County has resulted in criminal convictions for Jessica Garbow, age 44, of Hinckley, MN.

Garbow was arrested along with two other people following the traffic stop; Billie Benjamin, age 39, and Robert Richey, age 55, both also of Hinckley, MN. Law enforcement located marijuana and methamphetamine in both vehicles that were involved in the traffic stop. Charges were also filed against Alberta Martin, age 55, and Amanda Staples, age 43, both of Cloquet, MN, however, they were not arrested.

The case filed against Benjamin is proceeding in Burnett County Circuit Court.

Garbow has now been sentenced on convictions from the charges that were filed against her which included Possess with Intent - Methamphetamine and Operating while Intoxicated, 1st Offense.
