Washburn County Hiring Two Service Facilitators To Support Local Children And Families

WASHBURN COUNTY -- Washburn County is seeking applicants for two Service Facilitator positions serving children and families eligible for Children’s Long Term Support (CLTS) Waivers and/or Comprehensive Community Services (CCS). The position provides case management/service coordination to families who have a child with physical, development, or mental health disability. Considerable independent judgment, discretion, and professionalism are required in working with families, providers, and community agencies.

Requirements:

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or closely related field. Wisconsin Social Work Certification preferred but not required.

Pay:

Starting salary range is $27.40 – $30.43/hr plus excellent benefits.
