WASHBURN COUNTY (DrydenWire) - The Court has sentenced Spooner, WI, man Michael O. Swonger, age 49, for a 4th Offense OWI conviction.
The conviction stems from an October 2022 incident in which Swonger was found intoxicated and slumped over the steering wheel of a vehicle partially on a residential lawn in Spooner, WI.
Originally charged with a fifth OWI offense, Swonger’s charges were later reduced following a legal review of his prior convictions.
