BURNETT COUNTY (DrydenWire) - A traffic stop in Burnett County involving two vehicles has resulted in criminal charges and convictions for multiple people. On March 9, 2024, Wisconsin State Troopers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in Burnett County for loud exhaust. A second vehicle arrived at the scene a short time later and was also stopped. Marijuana and methamphetamine were located in both vehicles. Three people were arrested, Billie Benjamin, Robert Richey, and Jessica Garbow. Two other people were not arrested but did receive charges from the incident, Alberta Martin, and Amanda Staples.
