POLK COUNTY — Criminal charges have been filed in Polk County Court, accusing Daniel Edwards Denver (73), Mary Alice Denver (67), and Kyle Edwards Denver (35) of repeatedly sexually assaulting two child victims between 1998 and 2008.
The victims would have been under the age of 10 when the assaults began. During the span of time of the alleged assaults, Kyle would have been under the age of 18.
Court hearings are scheduled on June 22, 2026, for Daniel, Mary, and Kyle.
