RUSK COUNTY (DrydenWire) - A jury in Rusk County Circuit Court has returned a guilty verdict in a felony child abuse case following 3 days of trial and less than 4 hours of deliberations.
Robert Dilysi was charged criminally with felony child abuse in November 2022 after the Wisconsin Court of Appeals affirmed a judgment previously ordered against Dilysi on convictions of child sexual assault in a separate Rusk County Circuit Court case. Dilysi was arrested in Tennesee on those sexual assault charges in 2018 and found guilty by a jury in 2019.
