WASHBURN COUNTY (DrydenWire) - A criminal complaint has been filed against a 35-year-old Spooner, WI, woman, Helen Teegarden, alleging that she caused a child to view sexual activity. Washburn County Circuit Court Judge Winton recently found probable cause to bind the charges against Teegarden over for further proceedings.
