WASHBURN COUNTY — The Court has sentenced Ross Orlikowski (39) of Spooner, WI, on convictions of reduced charges stemming from allegations that he sexually assaulted someone in April 2025.
Orlikowski, previously convicted of sexual assault crimes in 2008 and 2010, was charged with felony sexual assault of an intoxicated victim in June 2025 following an investigation by the Washburn County Sheriff’s Office. Those felony charges were subsequently dismissed, and new misdemeanor charges were filed based on the same facts.
At a hearing on June 9, 2026, Orlikowski was sentenced in Washburn County Circuit Court.
