Spooner Health Welcomes Anne Focht As The New Social Services Director

SPOONER, WI -- Spooner Health is excited to announce that Anne Focht has joined the team as the Social Services Director. Diane Neste, Spooner Health’s Social Services Director of 23 years, announced her retirement and handed over the reins to Focht back in mid-August. With a Master’s of Clinical Social Work degree from the University of St. Thomas and nearly 20 years of experience working in clinics, hospitals, counties and crisis, Focht was a natural fit for the Spooner Health team.

After beginning her role, Focht quickly jumped into serving as a patient advocate and resource for the community. When asked about her first few months at Spooner Health, Focht shared, “I have been at Spooner Health for only 3 months, but the welcoming atmosphere and the warmth from my colleagues has made it feel like I fit in from day one.”
