SHELL LAKE, Wis., October 31, 2016— The Shell Lake Arts Center will host the Middle School Honors Band this Thursday, November 3rd, 2016. The Center received over 370 nominations from 40 different Wisconsin schools this year. Of those nominations, 265 musically talented students were selected to perform in one of the three bands: Red, White & Blue. Students will spend the day practicing within their assigned bands, working to master the complicated techniques required to perform these beautiful pieces, and will culminate the day with a 6:00pm public concert in the Darrell Aderman Auditorium.
