WASHBURN COUNTY (DrydenWire) - Felony charges were filed in Washburn County Circuit Court against two men, David Belille, Jr. of Hayward, WI, and Quill Running Buffalo Hawk of Hayward, WI, following a fatal overdose that occurred in May 2023 in Spooner, WI. The investigation into the overdose revealed an illegal sale of fentanyl to the deceased. Quill Hawk was previously sentenced on his charges in Washburn County Circuit Court. Belille appeared for a recent court hearing and received his sentence from the Court for his conviction related to the overdose death.
