RUSK COUNTY (DrydenWire) - A sexual assault case filed in Rusk County against Marc J. Gross, a convicted sex offender, has been dismissed. Gross was charged in March 2022 with 3 counts of Class Class B Felony 1st Degree Child Sexual Assault - Sexual Contact With a Child Under Age 13, and Class I Felony Exposing Genitals. Gross was previously released from incarceration in 2021, and also in 2019. Online court records indicate that Gross is currently residing in a secure facility.
