RUSK COUNTY (DrydenWire) – A New Jersey man has been sentenced in Rusk County, Wisconsin Circuit Court for sex crimes against children.
Mark Uptegrove, age 36, of Hazlet, New Jersey, was charged in Rusk County with 45 counts of exposing a child to harmful material after an investigation by law enforcement discovered that he had sent sexually explicit material to at least one child under the age of 13.
