RICE LAKE, WI -- The 4th of July fireworks event has been canceled for 2020, according to a news release posted on the Rice Lake Toursim Commission Facebook page.

A decision to cancel the Rice Lake fireworks was made and was not an easy decision.
Due to the company who puts this great display on being based out of Indiana, a decision had to be made now to save us from cancellation fees if we waited past their timeline to secure what they need to.
There would be no control over social distancing and we could not be sure we could keep everyone safe as that would be our main goal. BUT we look forward to a great 2021 display and hope everyone stays healthy!
