SAWYER COUNTY (DrydenWire) - The Court has sentenced Jonathan Blackdeer, age 36, of Hayward, WI, on two convictions for operating while intoxicated (5th Offense and 6th Offense). One of the convictions stems from a traffic stop in March 2024, and the other stems from a 2021 incident. Blackdeer engaged in a high-speed vehicle pursuit during one incident and fled on foot from law enforcement during both incidents, requiring the assistance of multiple officers and even a K9 Unit.
