SAWYER COUNTY (DrydenWire) - New criminal charges for possession of fentanyl with intent to deliver have been filed against Dana Barber, age 38, of Hayward, WI, following an investigation into a recent non-fatal drug overdose at the Sawyer County Jail. At the time of this incident, Barber was subject to agreements for deferred entry of judgment in two other felony cases that were filed against her in Sawyer County Circuit Court which also included narcotics-related charges. Charges for possession of narcotics have been filed against the individual who overdosed, identified as Nicolette Trepania.
