POLK COUNTY (DrydenWire) - Felony charges are filed in Polk County Circuit Court against Donald Duclon, age 54, of Almena, WI, regarding a crash that occurred in Polk County in May 2023.
Duclon’s blood alcohol was found to be nearly 3 times the legal limit when tested by the Wisconsin State Crime Lab.
Duclon was on probation for felony convictions in two other counties at the time of the crash, and that probation was subsequently revoked, which led to incarceration in state prison on those prior convictions.
