RUSK COUNTY — A Hawkins, Wisconsin, woman is facing felony charges after authorities allege she twice drove her SUV toward a group of people who were standing with their bicycles along a rural Rusk County roadway, leaving a child too frightened to ride away from the scene.
Jenny Ralph, 47, has been charged with two counts of Felony Recklessly Endangering Safety and Disorderly Conduct in connection with the June 21, 2026, incident. Ralph is scheduled to appear in Rusk County Circuit Court for a hearing on August 18, 2026.
