To slow the spread of COVID-19, the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT), in cooperation with KL Engineering, has moved public involvement efforts online for a WIS 46 pavement project in St. Croix and Polk counties.
The public is invited to go to the project website, review a presentation and handout and submit comments by email or mail to project staff.

The pavement and some culverts on this segment of WIS 46 are showing signs of deterioration. To address those, this project would:
- Mill and overlay WIS 46 from the WIS 64 roundabout in Cylon to Griffin Street in Amery.
- Replace one culvert.
- Widen the shoulders to 5-foot paved shoulders.
