While at the man's home, she allegedly took the man's loaded Ruger 357 magnum and left.

Revak was ordered by the Court to have no contact with the victim of the theft and to pay over $400.00 in court costs. The Court also ordered an imposed and stayed sentence of 90 days of confinement in county jail; meaning that if Revak violates her probation, the Court could then immediately order her to serve that 90 days.
