POLK COUNTY (DrydenWire) - A Polk County, WI man, Dell Eugene Kraemer, age 52, is still facing numerous felony criminal charges in a court case alleging that he possessed child sexual assault materials, although one of the two cases filed against him was recently dismissed.
In January 2024 a second criminal complaint was filed against Kraemer in Polk County Circuit Court, charging him with multiple counts of Possession of Child Pornography (child sexual assault materials). This was in addition to a case that he was already facing that had been filed against him in 2021, also charging him with multiple counts of Possession of Child Pornography. At a recent hearing, the Court granted a motion from Polk County District Attorney Kemp regarding the 2021 court case and also made findings regarding the 2024 court case.
