POLK COUNTY (DrydenWire) - Polk County District Attorney Jeffery Kemp has requested that a Jury Trial be scheduled in a St. Croix Falls drug bust case which led to the seizure of Cocaine, nearly $7,000 in Cash, a Handgun, Marijuana, and Psilocybin Mushrooms.
Chace Alexander Phinn was arrested following the search warrant and is facing multiple drug-related felony charges. When speaking with Investigators, Phinn declined to provide any information related to how he obtains his narcotics.
