WASHBURN COUNTY (DrydenWire) - A local business owner is facing serious criminal charges in Washburn County Circuit Court. James Emerson, owner of ReNew Roofing, is charged with Felony Child Enticement with Intent to Have Sexual Contact. The Court has ordered a $100,000 signature bond with a $10,000 cash component for Emerson. The charges stem from a child protective services report that was received by the Washburn County Department of Health and Human Services and then forwarded to the Washburn County Sheriff’s Office for investigation.
