The Wisconsin State Patrol issued the following update:
Unit 1: Van/SUV (2004 Toyota Rav4)
- Driver: Kelly, Lamont Lynn
- 66-Year-Old Male From Deer Park WI
- Injuries: Fatal
Unit 2: Van/SUV (2016 Toyota Avalon)
- Passenger: Mclean, Martha Leora
- 92-Year-Old Female From Mission TX
- Injuries: Fatal

POLK COUNTY (DrydenWire) -- A devastating crash unfolded on US 8 EB at 33rd St. in Polk County on Wednesday, September 13, 2023, at approximately 5:41p, leaving two people dead and three others injured.
