11 Primaries To Watch In Alabama, Arkansas, Minnesota And Texas

Tuesday brings the next big batch of primaries, as voters head to the polls in Alabama, Arkansas and Georgia — plus we get a little bonus electoral action thanks to several runoffs in Texas and a special election in Minnesota. It was a setback for former Republican Lt. Gov. Rebecca Kleefisch, the GOP frontrunner in the race for governor and the leading vote-getter among all the candidates in Saturday's balloting. Kleefisch received 54.6 percent of the votes from Republican delegates Saturday, falling shy of the 60 percent threshold needed to win the party's nod.

Officer Involved Critical Incident Investigation In Racine, Wis.

The Wisconsin Department of Justice (DOJ) Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI) is investigating an officer-involved critical incident (OICI) in the City of Racine, Wis. that occurred on the afternoon of Friday, May 20, 2022.

At approximately 1:01 p.m., a Racine Police Department Officer attempted a traffic stop on a vehicle that was the subject of a search warrant for a felon in possession of a firearm. After a brief pursuit, the subject fled on foot. Following a foot chase, the subject was seen with a handgun at which time the officer discharged their firearm, striking the subject. The subject was taken to a local hospital where they were pronounced deceased.

A Bear Charged Through A Wisconsin House Window. A Couple Stabbed It With A Kitchen Knife And Shot It As Their Kids Slept

A Wisconsin couple say they killed a bear that attacked them inside their home after they spotted it eating from their bird feeder.

The Taylor County Sheriff's Office said the attack happened around 11 p.m. Friday at a home near Medford in north-central Wisconsin. The couple told authorities that a black bear charged through a window after they yelled at it to go away, the office said.
