Stock Market Goes Berserk On China Trade Deal As S&P 500 Set To Wipe Out Liberation Day Losses:
Stock futures soared on Monday morning after Donald Trump dramatically sealed a trade dal with China.
America will cut tariffs it imposed on Chinese imports last month from 145 percent to 30 percent.
Chinese duties on U.S. imports will fall from 125 percent to 10 percent. The new measures are effective for 90 days.

American-Israeli hostage Edan Alexander -- held captive by Hamas in the Gaza Strip since Oct. 7, 2023 -- was set to be released Monday after successful negotiations between the U.S. and the Palestinian group.
Israeli security officials told ABC News there would be a temporary pause in combat, airstrikes and aerial reconnaissance in the area of Gaza where Alexander is to be released.
The pause will last until Alexander crosses into Israeli territory, officials said, which is expected to take less than 30 minutes.

A single vote in a Quebec riding has brought Canada's Liberal Party one seat closer to holding a majority in parliament.
A judicial recount in the Terrebonne riding declared Liberal candidate Tatiana Auguste the victor with 23,352 votes, ahead of Bloc Québécois incumbent Nathalie Sinclair-Desgagné, who received 23,351.
The result gives the Liberal Party 170 seats in the House of Commons, two seats shy of the 172 required for a majority.
In a statement on social media, Auguste thanked the citizens of Terrebonne for their trust and promised to "get to work".
Canada's election rules require a recount if a candidates wins by less than 0.1% of the votes cast.

All four communities may one day host large, artificial intelligence-focused data centers for companies like Microsoft and Meta. In response, lawmakers are already seeking to expand nuclear energy in Wisconsin while the Public Service Commission has created a new electric rate for data centers.

Four horses have died following a barn fire early Sunday morning in Fitchburg.
The Fitchburg Fire Department responded to a structure fire on the 2500 block of Richardson Street at approximately 4:37 a.m.
Upon arrival, firefighters observed smoke and flames coming from a 50-by-25-foot pole barn. The fire was contained, preventing it from spreading to nearby properties, according to a press release from Fitchburg Fire.
