President Donald Trump’s moves in Washington are being felt in the milking barns of an upstate New York dairy farm. There, AJ Wormuth said he’s already seeing costs go up from Trump’s tariffs while the threat of a wider trade war is driving down the price he gets paid for his cows’ milk.

Supreme Court Ruling Strengthens Efforts To Curb Ghost Guns In Wisconsin

While not a widespread issue in South-Central Wisconsin, ghost guns have been growing in prevalence nationwide due to the easy access to parts sold online.

The Supreme Court decision on Wednesday confirms that laws apply to kits sold online that can be used to assemble these untraceable weapons.

In Wisconsin, ghost guns have been linked to serious crimes, including the 2018 Paradigm shooting in Middleton, where an employee assembled a gun despite being legally prohibited from owning one.

Enbridge Says No Leaks Found At Other Sites Along Line 6 Oil Pipeline

Enbridge said its investigation of valves at sites along the company’s Line 6 pipeline revealed no active leaks after a valve failure caused an oil spill in Jefferson County last year.

In November, a valve failure caused 69,000 gallons of oil to leak from the company’s Cambridge pump station on Line 6 in the town of Oakland between Madison and Milwaukee. The pipeline runs 465 miles from Superior to Griffith, Indiana. The leak was caused by a degraded gasket that loosened over time.

The failed valve was installed in 1973, which the company cited as a contributing factor in the spill.
